NSMB Wii Retro Remix Black Screen

Hello All,

I am new to this forum and REALLY need some help.

I recently added NSMB Retro Remix to my wii console. Let me first say that I think it is really awesome. But unfortunately, I am only able to play up to Level 4-1, as it freezes to a black screen shortly after I go down the pipe.

I've been reading on this site, and downloaded the 04-01.arc file, thinking I could maybe replace it with the one in the original .iso file. Unfortunately I can't seem to open up the original .iso file, as every program says it has no mountable files.

I downloaded REGGIE, but I guess I do not understand how to use it. When it first loads, it ask for the Game's stage folder. I tried just creating a new folder and selecting it, but it tells me:
"This folder doesn't seem to have the required files. In order to use Reggie, you need the stage folder from the game, including the Texture folder and the level files contained within it."

I have no idea where to find these files. I'm only guessing that it needs these files from the original .iso file, which if is true, leads me back to my original problem of not being able to open/explore the original game .iso file.

I someone could either provide a link to a new updated version of the game, with out the black screen freezes, or explain how i can fix this, I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Unfortunately, we've closed off our downloads to everyone except contributors. The stuff available to download on the forums is REALLY old. There's a build going around the internet, put together by faith genesis raven, but it uses these old files. We've been thinking about releasing a "demo", or something. Have any ideas for this? Also, can you give us some more detailed feedback of what you played?

In order to use Reggie!, you need certain files from the original disk. Go get them go here and click the link to download the Reggie! Dumper app.
