Here are the choices for the overworld theme. Remember it is important that you choose the music which you believe is best suited for the role of overworld music. Not which music you like the most.

Notice that the Mario golf one starts like around 0:53, it is complete and I belive it's the best

yeah the golf one sounds better....

I like the mario gold one too but I had a good look for a high quality version of it and couldn't find one. The one used in the youtube video sounds really low quality to me. Does anyone have a better version of that track?

I replaced the mario golf version with a better quality one. Nikeymikey if you can find a way to rip it from the game that would be great but don't spend too much time on it.

I dont think you can, its an .ast format, well, i was looking in the ISO and its so wierd, nothing like any other gamecube game ive ben (and belive me, i mod ALOT of GC games)

and each of those letter has another folder with no file names just the same, it might be the ISO i downloaded but it works fibe when i play it on the wii, idk...

i have the original, ill stick it in the wii and see if i can dump it, see if i get the same filenames.

EDIT: The original is the same, just letters. Weird!!

@UgotHacked Do you have any idea of the rough size of the file? I have the entire iso extracted and was gonna try renaming to .ast and throwing at all sorts of media players, see wot happens and if i can find the right file.

Thes AST files are actually bigger then the Brstm, about 33%

Edit: The files could also be .afc, and winamp could also play them

Well im stumped, ive tried every decent sized file from the mario golf iso and none of them seem to be music...........

Don't worry about it we can just rip it from that youtube video the 480p version seems to be good quality.

Do any of you have a DVD recorder? You should be able to just record the credits yourself onto a DVD, then rip the DVD to your computer. Upload the video and its not too hard to turn just the audio into an MP3.

I was making a video advertising a smash bros tournament at my school once, and used this method to rip one of the songs I couldn't find for download anywhere at the time.

if u guys need a mp3 for the golf sound well i can get it.

Assassination if you can get a better quality version of the toadstool tour credits that would be great.
