| Since everyone here has a modded wii as far as I know and gbatemp is down... Can someone please help me with dios mios, it crashes all the time on one of my wiis, only at certain parts though, for example in super mario sunshine when I get the water thing it crasheses straight away, and luigis mansion go up the stairs and crash. It works fine on my other wii though, which is annoying since it is my bad one of the two and it's disc drive is even stuffed... Also I have tried all dios mioses from about 1.9+

| Never used Dios Mios, sorry :/
Can't remember if CanadaX21 uses it, he might be able to help.
Everybody online hates it, but I love this tool called PimpMyWii. Checks all installed IOS, and updates them. CIOS and all. Not sure if it would help or not.

| That would actually probably cause some problems, I need certain versions of some cioses so that I can run backups of some games, eg TLOZ Skyward Sword. | |

| I used dios mios 2.3 and now 2.4, and haven't had any issues with either of those games are you loading from sd or usb?
also, cios's won't matter, all you need is the correct dios mios wad installed to run it

| I am loading off USB, otherwise I would be using lite, also what does it run off then, if you know? Because it works further on one wii but not the other, and since the one that it works on has a stuffed disk drive I am going to have to buy another drive, and front. At least it should only cost about $40 but the disk drive will be a new model and incompatible with dvd-r like my good wii. | |

| What app are you using to load the game? USB Loader GX has been working fine for me, using dios mios 2.3 and now 2.5. I have a newer wii that works perfectly fine, I just need to keep a gamecube disc in the disc slot | |

| I have been having the SAME exact issue as you are describing on my Wii. Did you ever figure out what the issue was? | |

| I found out my issue this morning. It was the hard drive I was using. Apparently it works great through USB Loader GX to load Wii backups, but it always crashed the same way yours did (like Mario Sunshine picking up FLUDD). It also didn't allow me to load Triiforce WiiWare games as well. I did a quick copy of my backups to a Western Digitial Passport drive I had laying around, and the issues fixed themselves.
How annoying! (at least I know now).

| Thanks for the replies, and sorry for disappearing suddenly. I will be able to be on the forum once a month now, and will not have access to a computer higher than 1 GB ram so I also can't use dolphin... | |
