They seem to be going in a different direction a bit like the newer team (like adding star coins and adding poison water to the patform levels). Also they aren't anywhere near as close to completion as us. Good luck to them though.
Edit: I can't find a link to any of there levels. Just wondering how they are handling the bowser battles.

Are you sure that isn't just a link to the NSMBW levels.
Also one thing we should do that they have is make a cool trailer once all the backgrounds and the titlescreen is done.

Their 1-2 also seems to be missing some enemies, and the platforms are far too big
Ours....
I don't know how to resize the pic if any mods can do it for me that would be nice....
EDIT: No prob

Other than tons of people asking "how do i do X?", This is everything of interest in their 23 page thread:
VampireLordAlucard offered to work with them, but it looks like they turned him down...

The purple boxes i have placed look messed up, but are in the correct place, coz its almost impossible to get the fish to jump one by one rather than in a pack of 5, but i managed it by putting the boxes accordingly.
Updates: Vegito figured out how to put Bowser in the towers and actually do something, but he always turns big. Also, DON'T NAG HIM TO TELL YOU HOW HE DID IT! lol

I just made a PPF patch and it worked, this is probably going to be the way its going to be released.

The only thing useful from all that is the fact that a ppf patch works.
Our levels look so much better, theirs just look rushed. We dont have that problem with the fish either.
Im glad we have the Vamp and not them
Heh, well thanks. Yea, I saw their post and offered both of our teams to work together somewhat, and they were uninterested. I offered them a custom background, which they thought was pretty cool, but never got back to me and just didn't seem to care. Oh well, their loss.
The main reason I made the post was to let them know that there was another team remaking SMB in town, and to warn them that once we're finished, we're probably going to post our finished product on wiiso. Since that project is being done by wiiso staff, I wanted to give them a little bit of a heads up and not stomp on their toes when our project pwns theirs
The posts I made start on page 20.
One reason that our project looks so much better than theirs is because ours is 'open source', in the sense that anyone from the community is welcome to our forums and contribute. Weather you want to create custom tilesets, design levels, or just play what we've made and post feedback, there's a place for anyone interested to contribute. You can't find the links to their project because they are keeping it private until completion. They look like they design a stage, then done, on the the next one. At first, this project was like that too. But we went back and refined everything, and made custom content to fill in the holes.
